The best thing about having a dvd in your own home is that you can watch it again, watch it together, and be on the same page about whats going to happen.  I also think that its hard enough to get people ie (some fellas) to read the books, but watching it on dvd is much more accessible.

Leanne introduces each DVD, discusses birth and pain management strategies for natural birth on DVD 2, andthroughout the series, discusses breastfeeding- how to breastfeed and avoiding (or dealing with) soreness.

Our General Practitioner, Saroja discusses the prenatal check-up in DVD 1 (pregnancy), as well as various options available for your care when you are pregnant.  In DVD 2  (birth) she talks about the 6 week post-natal check.
