ELIZABETH
MURPHY,
Physiotherapist
Elizabeth is a Physiotherapist who
works in both the private sector and
the public hospital system. She has
a keen interest in Women’s health
especially in the pre-natal and post-natal
periods.
In the
Birthing Sense series of DVD's, Liz
discusses exercise in pregnancy (DVD
1), and the importance of looking
after your pelvic floor and other
muscles in DVD 2 (after a vaginal or
a
caesarian birth).
Elizabeth has been involved in group
exercise classes for women over the
past 10 years, and currently works
as a Women’s Health Physiotherapist
involved in group education programs
as well as private sessions in continence
disorders and disorders of the
pelvic floor.
