Birthing Sense series. Her life's work
has revolved around supporting women through
their prenatal and postnatal experiences,
and she has a special interest in postnatal
depression.

Lyn introduces the
definitions of depression, and ways in which
we can detect and (hopefully) prevent
postnatal depression.
