Kara has specialised in Women's Health (in particular, pregnancy) for many years. She runs a store in the Illawarra known as the Lotus Bookshop, which also offers pregnancy (and general) massage and naturopathy therapies, amongst many other forms of natural therapies.
In DVD 1 of the Birthing Sense Birth Education series, Kara discusses the use of herbal remedies in pregnancy and after birth to help adjust during pregnancy and your early parenting stages.
